Love Pudding but not the nutrition label....than check this out!

2 avocados

1 Tbsp vanilla extract

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

4-6 Medjool dates (soaked overnight or in warm water for 20-30 minutes)

1-2 tbsp almond butter, coconut butter or other seeds based butter (sesame, sunflower, pumpkin)

1 banana, ripe

1 tsp cinnamon

1. Combine the ingredients in a blender and whirl on high until well blended into a thick creamy pudding. Divide into 2 servings. ENJOY!

The combination of chocolate and avocado may be different to you, but the taste is amazing. Avocado’s give this pudding a nutritional boost, adding fiber, potassium and small amounts of protein. This yummy snack or dessert is filling and delicious!

Saturday, July 17th is SST’s Charity Football Tournament. This is SST’s 7th annual event in support of cancer research. The last 2 year’s events have been won by none other than SST Mississauga (in our only 2 years of entry), and I have been appointed team captain to keep this winning tradition alive. Although the sport has changed from the past 2 year’s events (from ball hockey) to balance the playing field, I do not plan to let our perfect winning percentage get ruined. SST Mississauga will have a strong showing once again at this year’s event, as we are already assembling a team of our best athletes. So the other entries better watch out. That said, the event is going to be a lot of fun and it’s for a great cause, so let’s get as many teams out as possible. Hope to see everyone there.

Friday June 4th – My extra 5000 CALORIES DAY I tried to eat everything in sight, I went McDonalds and tried to get it done there and I came home from work and I wanted to throw it all up.
