SST is offering all of this in one program.
With years of experience working with athletes
training for jiu jitsu, wrestling, boxing, muay
thai and mixed martial arts competition we have
put together a program that will enhance your
performance like no other.
Our training sessions will be individually tailored
to you based on an athletic evaluation as well
as a personal needs analysis based on your current
skills.
Sessions may include:
- Strength Training – Barbells, DB’s,
Machines
- Olympic Lifting
- Plyometrics & Medicine Ball Training
- Muscle Endurance – Barbell’s,
DB’s, Machines
- Functional Strength or Endurance Training
– Tires, Sleds, chains,Sledgehammers,
Farmers Walks etc.
- Dynamic Warm Up & Flexibility
