Sleep
6 hours of sleep (woke up every hour…wide awake)
Workout
9:00am Fit & Lean (1 hour workout)
- Felt extremely exhausted this morning going into my workout. My first set definitely paid the price but energy boosted up after hearing about how much everyone had to drink this past weekend. I would have to say anger definitely pushed me to my workout limits.
Meals
10:00am Protein Shake which consisted of…
- 1 banana (not entirely ripe….that was a bad call)
- 5 whole strawberries, ¼ cup blueberries
- 5 grams of Glutamine, 1 scoop of SunWarrior Vanilla Protein, 1 tablespoon cocoa, 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- As much water as needed.
12:30pm – 1/3 cup mixed pieces of raw almonds and walnuts
- ½ peach
- 1 XL black coffee (unfortunately not Starbucks)
- Supps – 3 Multis, 4 Fish Oil, 2 Fenuplex, 2 Holy Basil, 2 Hydrozyme
3:30pm – 1 ½ cup of mixed vegetables (steamed)
- ½ cup chicken (steamed)
- Supps – 3 Fish Oil, 2 Fenuplex, 2 Holy Basil, 2 Hydrozyme
4:40pm – ½ cup mixed vegetables (steamed)
- 1/3 cup chicken (steamed)
I was starving! It was eat or be eaten!
7:30pm – Handful of snow peas
10:00pm – Protein Shake which consisted of…

- 1 tablespoon Cocoa, 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 scoop SunWarrior Vanilla Protein
(I’m addicted to protein shakes)
- ½ cup pistachios
- Supps – 2 Fenuplex, 2 Holy Basil, 2 Hydrozyme, 3 Fish Oil, 3 ZMA
