John Blair – Wednesday March 30th, 2011
4:45 am- woke up, had a terrible sleep woke up 3 times in the night and have no clue why as I took all my supplement that have been helping me the night before. Oh well better luck next time.
5:00- Fruit salad, 4 eggs scrambled (no milk), 3 fishoils, 2 multis, 2 caps of pantethine and green tea excellence and a glass of water to start the day!
5:30- daily stop at Timmy’s large black coffee, energy level fairly good considering I didn’t sleep well, legs aren’t as sore as I thought they would be…usually hurt more tomorrow though.
7:00- a handful of nuts and some cut up peppers, celery and cucumber, large black coffee!
8-11:00- very busy morning, legs are burning more and more with each step! Had 2 glasses of water and some nuts within this time!!
11:30-12:30- Big dawg and I went for some chicken (I ate half a bird right away, veggies and a green tea) as well as 3 fish oils, 2 scoops of glutamine to help my legs recover , 2 caps of pantethine and green tea excellence and a glass of water!. Thank god it is rest day I am really feeling my legs at this point!!
2:00- Got Body fat measured after one week!! All my numbers were good except my calf do to my poor sleepy patterns of late, need to figure that one out, nothing is working!! Other than that my sites were good, pec and tri went down which was my main focus so I was happy with that! My carb site, supra iliac and stress site, umbilicus were both 10.6 (down from 13.1 and 12.4) next week all single digit numbers hopefully!!!
3:00- Nice salad w cucumber, red peppers, tomato, celery, lettuce and spinach, w roasted red pepper dressing and a can of tuna mixed with the tuna juice and lemon juice!! I miss mayo and salt!! Tuna just wasn’t the same!!
4:00-4:45- nap time!! An apple and a scoop of glycine, then back to the gym for my split shift!
5:30- LEG ARE TOAST!! The nap killed me, but back to the gym I go, stopped for a green tea and ate the other half of my chicken when I got to the gym.
6:30 – some nuts and a glass of water!!
8:00- 2 big scoops of glutamine, and a glass of water before heading home for the night!
8:45- Had a little bowl of an amazing dish my mom made, Halibut curry. It had halibut, some sweet potatoes, spinach, tomato, onions and carrots! It was unbelievable!! Lucky to have such a great mother cooking for me!!! Took 3 fish oils w dinner and a glass of lemon water!
9:30 – Bed time!!! 10 grams of glycine and 4 caps of ZMA tonight to try and settle me down so I can have a good night sleep!!
