SST has brought together some of the best coaches in Canada to conduct the Football skills sessions.
When speaking with professional or college coaches the main thing they tell us is that many young athletes lack skills development. Armed with this inside information, we decided to develop the best Football Camp in CANADA! We are blown away by the number of professionals who are willing to help. This is an outstanding opportunity for young athletes to train with the pros and find out what it takes to make it in this game.

WHAT TO EXPECT?
QB’s Learn:
- Proper grip for throwing
- How to use your wrist to add velocity and distance to your throw
- Practice drills to overcome throwing errors
OL/DL Learn:
- Drills to teach you how to put yourself in the best position possible
- How to use your hands to fend off opponents
DB’s Learn:
- How to cover a player in man-to-man
- The techniques of playing different zones
- Pattern recognition
WR’s Learn:
- Several methods of route running
- Drills to blow past any DB
LB’s Learn:
- Proper techniques for shedding blocks
- How to read and react to the offensive line
- Proper zone drops
RB’s Learn:
- Drills to run past and through your opponents
- Skills to hit each hole with decisiveness
SST has assembled a coaching team of current and former CFL stars plus University and Professional coaches and current CIS stars who will be at the camp to help develop Future Football Stars! These people will be here because they love the game and because they are pumped at having the opportunity to pass on some of what they’ve learned to you, the upcoming player. They want to be here for you.
