SPEED WORKOUT

The ONE critical aspect of all sports and all positions is SPEED!!! Everyone needs it and more importantly everyone wants it.

SST has used its tried and true speed development process for more than 10 years with outstanding results including the fastest ever 40 yard dash recorded in Canada (4.31s)

Learn things such as proper arm and leg mechanics, demonstrate these mechanics by using resistance and over speed techniques and then take these mechanics to whole new levels with the aid of high intensity plyometric training!

STRENGTH WORKOUT

What is speed without strength? Imagine, you can burst through that hole and then follow it up by running over the oncoming defender!

Are you of the belief that a weight is a weight? Well that is true, but it is the program and the way you use the weight that makes the difference.  SST breaks it down to the nuts and bolts, the science behind lifting a weight to maximize your RESULTS!!!

Take your new found strength out to the field next year and be the first to shred through double teams on your way to the End Zone….and Victory!

FUNCTIONAL WORKOUT

Football is a tough game…we all know that- Thus SST  has created Functional Fridays to meet the demands of this sport!

Every team, every player comes flying right out of the gates. Now take that energy from the opening snap right until the final kneel down.

SST’s Functional Friday will push even the fittest athlete into submission. Condition your body as well as your mind for the rigors of a football game by dragging sleds, flipping tires, battling ropes and the dreaded Prowler.

Here is what you will receive:

- 3 workouts per week (Strength, Speed & Functional)

- 48 workouts total (over $700 value)

You’re working out in a Team Building Atmosphere. TRAIN as a team…WIN as a team. You will also have the opportunity to train on the TREDSLED (pictured below).

The TredSled is a non-motorized treadmill that tries to resist your movement thus improving your blocking, tackling, sprint acceleration and power! This turns workouts into competitions, challenging athletes to outperform themselves and their teammates.

20 WEEK PROGRAM
