SST’s Pre-Season Prep Camp


Are you anticipating the upcoming tryouts in April/May? Wondering what you can do to get an edge on the competition? Look no further.

SST is introducing the Pre-Season Prep Camp. If you’re looking to standout at your tryouts, whether it be hockey, soccer, football, rugby or any other sports, here is your chance to shine. This unique camp will prepare you to mentally and physically dominate any other player who is looking to take your spot on the roster.

Here is what the Pre-Season Prep Camp includes:

• 6 Functional Training for Sport workouts (ie. Tire flipping, sled dragging, car pushing, etc.) – Tuesday evenings at 8PM. See http://sportsspecifictraining.com/camps_clinics/functionaltrainingforsports.shtml for more information.
• 6 FAST Program speed sessions (ie. Linear speed, change of direction, avoidance, power & acceleration) – Saturday afternoons at 1PM. See http://www.sportsspecifictraining.com/FAST.shtml for more information.

SST’s Pre-Season Prep Camp runs for 6 weeks from March 22nd through to April 26th. You can expect to go into tryouts with new found confidence and physical ability. Get ready to blow the competition away.
