
Football Combine Preparation Program
One of the most important tools coaches and scouts have to gauge a player’s ability is the combine test results. Athletes must be able to “show their wares” at the combine if they want to be given an opportunity at the next level. SST will teach you the secrets to testing well at the combines. You’re asking yourself: “Did he say ‘secrets’?” Yes, in fact, there is a more effective way to perform the combine tests and SST will teach you the best techniques available to perform those tests.
SST is offering 4 sessions, over a four-week period, of training for the Athletic Combine Tests to all football athletes. Learn what tests are demanded! Learn the best techniques to perform those tests! Practice the tests – because we all know that Practice Makes Habit!!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Dynamic Warm Up: Prepare your body for maximum performance with SST’s innovative dynamic warm up and flexibility program
Testing: Days 1 and 8 will be test days at SST… quantify your progress with hard numbers!
New Techniques: Learn the best techniques for performing the Vertical Jump Test, 40 Yard Dash Start, 10 Yard Split, Pro AgilityTest,3-Cone Test
Practice: Work on perfecting your technique in each of the tests
