Sports & Exercise Psychology Training
Sport and Exercise Psychology Training
Sports psychology is no longer a well-kept secret. More and more athletes,
exercisers, teams, and coaches are turning to sport psychologists/mental
training coaches, at the very minimum, to not fall behind their competitors.
Working with a sport psychologist can give you the winning edge and help you
take your performance to a whole new level. Virtually every college,
university, national team, Olympic team, and pro team has a sport
psychologist consultant helping them prepare for competition and address
specific performance concerns.
- Jack Nicklaus used mental imagery before every single shot he played
- Tiger Woods has used a sport psychologist since the tender age of 13 who often accompanies him on the green
- Phil Jackson, one of the smartest coaches in basketball history, works with a sport psychology consultant
