
Super Oatmeal
1/3 cup rolled oats (not quick cooking)
¼ cup almond milk (I use chocolate)
¼ cup coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp Chia seeds (ground or whole)
1 scoop Chocolate Green Super Food
1 scoop Hemp Pro Powder
2 tbsp each unsalted sunflower seeds and chopped walnuts
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and refrigerate overnight. This makes a small batch but is easily doubled. You may want to adjust the amount of liquid ingredients to dry in order to get a consistency that you like. Awesome with sliced banana and a little bit of maple syrup. Keeps well in the fridge for 3-4 days…but it will be gone long before then!
