This unique 4 level progressive camp is the only one offered in NORTH AMERICA! If you are a serious player ranging in age from 8- 25 years old then this is the program for you! Sports Specific training Vertical Jump Training program is tailored for athletes of all ages. Should an 8 year old athlete be following the same program as a 20 year old? NO! Thus, SST has 3 different programs for all ages. Sports Specific Training determines what program you should follow after conducting a comprehensive muscular assessment to determine strengths and weaknesses of the athlete. The principle fitness component of vertical jumping is power.

 

Power is a combination of strength and speed (Power = Strength x Speed). SST will use a 4 step approach to increase your vertical jump:

Increase your Vertical Jump by using Resistance training

 * Rid yourself of muscular imbalances that are keeping you from reaching your full potential

 How Does the Program work?

 There are four different levels in which in athlete can complete. JUMP 1 can be started at anytime. After completion of Jump 1, an athlete can enter into JUMP 2 and so forth until all four levels are complete.

Note to maximize and benefit from the JUMP program athletes must enter into each level within one week of completion of the former session.

If all you have time for is one, two or three levels that’s fine as the program is periodized for your timelines
